Step by Step participating to the international cooperation meetings
1- Register to the EEN website
2- Upload your company profile including what kind of partnership is sought and what is offered to your potential partners
3- Check the profiles of the other participants and request for meetings on-line
4- You will be receiving a schedule of confirmed meetings soon before the event takes place
5- Pre-scheduled meetings will take place
During requesting a meeting from another company;
1- You shall be logged in to the web-site with your user name and your password
2- Click on Participants, where you can find a list of participating companies, where each of the company having a button: schedule a meeting with the company. Click on the button for requesting the meeting.
3- As soon as the other party approves your request your meeting will be scheduled.
4- You can see the list of your requested and confirmed meetings in your personal log-in area.
5- If you want to delete a scheduled / requested / confirmed meeting you shall contact to the administrator, who is the responsible EEN employee.
Please keep in mind; in your personal log-in area you can find an overview of your scheduled / requested / approved meetings and your company profile. You can also update your company profile to attract more potential partners.
Please do not forget to mention if you have any unavailable hours. In case of declaration no meetings will be scheduled to the given time gap.
