Gartenstraße 20 Bendorf Germany
Type of Organization:
A Northern German engineering office, established in the market since 1998, has developed 2000 an
innovative method to clean sand, gravel and ore or metals with an oscillating cross flow water stream in a vibrating
vertical rubber hose. Compared to conventional methods, no moving metal parts are agitating the sand,
thus no metal abrasion can contaminate the end product and the washing water.
The overall energy consumption is reduced per ton washed material, depending on the
type of sand, gravel, ore and metals. The water closed circuit ranges between 1-2 m³/ h per ton processed material. The whole process water will be recycled and reused again.
The end product is certified for construction purposes (concrete production, stone floor) according to EU regulations.
3 prototypes and 4 test units are running in Northern Germany and are available for demonstration.
